Absolutely fantastic contractor
R. Craig Lord Construction is an absolutely fantastic contractor. We recently hired them to finish our basement. This was my first major construction project and I had a LOT of concerns going in (like, ‘How do I know I am not being taken advantage of?,’ ‘How can I trust strangers to be in my home when I am at work?’, ‘What if I don’t like the finished product?’).
R. Craig Lord Construction were first rate all the way. They walked us through every step of the process, worked to make sure that everyone was on the same page about exactly what would be done and what it would cost, established (and stuck to) a clear timeline, and generally inspired confidence throughout the project. They assigned a lead carpenter – the incomparable Jim – who was on site all day, every day, to make sure that things ran smoothly. The end product exceeded every expectation. It has transformed our home!
