President: R. Craig Lord
Craig founded the company in 1980 after working for S.R. Maines Company of Moorestown, New Jersey. He oversees the entire operation, while exclusively doing all estimating and customer sales. A graduate of Franklin and Marshall College, Craig has written for several national construction publications, including The Journal of Light Construction and Tools of the Trade. Craig was also recently named to the Big Fifty by Remodeling Magazine. The Big Fifty recognizes quality companies with sound business practices. It is one of the most prestigious awards in the remodeling industry. Craig was born and raised in Moorestown, New Jersey and still resides there with his wife, Debbie, and children, Nate & Augusta.

Production Manager: Dave Newcomb
Dave joined the company in 1995. He is responsible for the production end of the company. He oversees the lead carpenters, handles special orders, and helps with scheduling. A skilled builder of vanities, mantles, and other specialty items, Dave is also a master carpenter and leaves an artist touch on many of our projects. He resides in Tabernacle, New Jersey with his wife, Lisa, and five children: Jason, Jared, Calley, Courteney, and Kaylyn.

Lead Carpenter: Mike Payne
Mike is known for his attention to detail. He is very good at organizing difficult and complicated jobs. A member of our team since 1999, Mike has a long list of satisfied customers who recommend him to their friends. He resides in Collingswood, New Jersey with his wife, Sandy. Their children Jamie Lee and Michael are grown.

Lead Carpenter: Don VanWalsen
Don joined R. Craig Lord in 2005. Clients love Don. He brings attention to detail and creativity to the job everyday. He specializes in bathrooms and kitchens. Don resides in Riverside, New Jersey with his wife Amy, daughter Lydia and son Gustave.

Gary Wuchter: Lead Carpenter
A member of our team since 2005, Gary is good at every aspect of the job. He is a problem solver and makes the most challenging projects look easy. Gary resides in Delran, New Jersey with his wife Rhonda, and children Chevy, Chelsea, and Marlee. When he is not working Gary enjoys surfing and restoring cars.

Anthony Provost: Estimator
Anthony came to the company in 2006 as a Carpenter’s Assistant during his summer off from teaching. In 2007 he went full time and joined the office staff as an Estimator, combining his field experience and his background in economics. A 2001 graduate of Georgetown University, Anthony now resides in Haddon Township with his wife, Julie.

Ines Rivera: Office Manager
Ms. Rivera handles all administrative, accounting and human resource functions at the firm. Ms. Rivera joined R Craig Lord in October 2006 and brings extensive construction experience. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Ms. Rivera resides in Camden, New Jersey.
