This comprehensive home energy program will find ways to improve the comfort and safety of your home while saving you up to 30% on your household utilities. Not only will you "green" your home through improved energy efficiency, but you will also be saving some green in the process! Here's how it works:
Our specially trained and certified technician will visit your home and perform a series of tests to assess:
- Health and safety (carbon monoxide levels, gas leak detection, moisture issues)
- Overall comfort level (cold/hot spots, indoor air quality)
- Air leakage
- Insulation levels
- Heating and cooling system efficiency
- Domestic hot water system efficiency
- Major appliances
- Lighting
Our technician will then generate a custom report including recommendations for improvement and cost/payback analysis using your home's test results, demographic information, and utility bills. Incentive options, including cash rebates up to $4,000 are available for qualifying work packages. *
